Hailey Sanford

Human Resources Manager

Started as a Quality Inspector in 2011 as a summer job while in college, but after graduation, Hailey began working as an Office Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2016.

Clara D. Verst, CPA

Controller

After assisting Toby with accounting system set-up and processing for several years while in public accounting, Clara joined Cross Check as Controller in April 2016.

John Thompson

Business Development Manager

John started his journey with Cross Check in 2011 as an Onsite Manager for the first customer in Owensboro KY.  In 2014 he was promoted to Regional Manager to service Owensboro and the surrounding area and was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2019.

Crissy Wims

Operations Manager

Crissy began working as a second shift supervisor in 2018 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2019 after showing exceptional dedication and management skills.

Tim Atwell

Warehouse Manager

Tim joined the Cross Check team as a Forklift driver in 2014 and was promoted to Assistant Warehouse Manager in 2017.  In 2019 Cross Check realized Tim ran the show so it was time to make it official and Cross Check promoted him to Warehouse Manager.

Tony Riney

Data Analyst Specialist

Tony started as a part time inspector in 2011, but over two and half years became a full time 2nd shift Supervisor. In 2014, he was promoted to Site Manager. To best use Tony’s education and God-given talent with numbers, Tony was promoted to Data Analyst Specialist in 2019.

Trey McGinnis

Human Resources Generalist

In 2013 Trey joined as a Quality Inspector and a year later became a Travelling Team Leader to lead sorts in various regions. In 2018 he became the Human Resource Generalist so Cross Check could use his vast experience he had as an Inspector for the benefit of Cross Check’s employees.

Sandra Hardebeck

Supervisor (Owensboro, KY)

Sandra was hired as a Quality Inspector in 2018 and was then promoted to second shift supervisor in 2020 for her dependability and willingness to take on any challenge.

Arnaldo Flores

Supervisor (Franklin, KY)

Arnaldo joined the team in 2014 shortly after moving here from Puerto Rico. On his first day at Cross Check he was making boxes, but it did not take long for Arnaldo’s talent and positive attitude to be noticed and he moved to Travelling Team Leader in 2015 and Supervisor in 2019.

Susie Smith

Supervisor (Hopkinsville, KY)

Susie is one of the most dedicated employees on the Cross Check team and has been a supervisor at multiple locations since she joined the team in 2014.
